AROUND CZECHIA EVENT

Prices for the 2021 race year are as follows:

  • 16900 CZK (until 31/3/2021)
  • 17900 CZK (from 1/4/2021)

the price includes:

  • accommodation for 8 nights in guesthouses and hotels suitable for accommodation of 20 cyclists with bicycles 
  • half board within accommodation (breakfast and dinner)
  • accompanying vehicles that take luggage between accommodation
  • a collection vehicle that will go past the last one and will be available for possible transport in the event of a major health or technical problem
  • refreshments within the stage (1 time to 2 times depending on the nature of the stage), which will include water, sweet drinks, fruit, bar or gel, or bun, toast, etc.
  • basic service facilities at the end of each stage (stand, basic tools, basic parts)
  • prepared route, which each participant will receive in GPX format before the start + each participant will receive a detailed routebook 
  • GPS tracker for tracking with position splitting

storno podmínky:

  • In case of cancellation from the racer’s side:
    • until 31/3/20211 fee 0
    • until 30/4/2021 cancelation fee 50 % of price
    • after 01/05/2021 cancelation fee 100 % of price
  • In the case of postponement or cancellation by the organizer or due to external circumstances:
    • no cancel fee to be issued and full refund of the price to be returned
    • if the date will be postponed, it is possible to move the registration price for the new date
